Checkmate Puzzle 20 Solution  1. Ng5 Qd7 2. Nxh7# [1… g6 2. Qf7#] By moving 1. Ng5, the White knight clears f7 for the queen, opens line e6-g8 and attacks h7. As result, White has created 2 different mate threats: Nxh7# and Qf7#. By one move, Black is not able to react to the 2 mate threats created.
