The only way to win is the following one. Move the White king down but do not take the Black pawn on g7. Keep the White king going down and let the Black h-pawn be promoted. Do not touch the White rook until the last checkmating move. Analyze why the White king must not take the g7 pawn at the very beginning…

2. Kg6       h3
[2.Kg6 also blocks Black pawn on g7]
3. Kg5       h2
4. Kg4       h1=Q
5. Kg3!      1-0
[Zugzwang: Black will be checkmated or will lose the queen]
[If 1. Kxg7, Black will win by Qh8 to cover a1 and prevent mate]
